Terms of Service

3.1 Account Creation

5.1 Workspace Ownership

The user who creates a workspace is the workspace owner and has full administrative control over that workspace, including the ability to add or remove members, manage permissions, and delete the workspace.

5.2 Workspace Access

Access to workspaces is controlled by workspace owners and administrators. We are not responsible for access disputes within workspaces.

5.3 Workspace Content

Workspace owners are responsible for all content and activity within their workspaces and must ensure compliance with these Terms.

6.1 Our Property

The Service, including its design, functionality, features, and all related intellectual property rights, is owned by Voyage or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our express written permission.

6.2 Trademarks

Voyage, the Voyage logo, and other marks are trademarks of Voyage. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

7.1 Fees

Certain features of the Service may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated.

7.2 Billing

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for your subscription fees. We may change our fees at any time with reasonable notice.

7.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

9.1 Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee that the Service will be available at all times without interruption. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability.

9.2 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations.

11.1 Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

11.2 Limitations of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VOYAGE, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Voyage operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration association, except where prohibited by law.

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Voyage regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time without notice.
